When my husband I decided
to relocate to Denton, we had no idea where to look for
houses. We ended up looking at a house that Pat built on
Crooked Stick Lane. Before we could make an offer, it was
sold. We were determined not to let the next one "Get Away".
Pat had just started what would become our new home at 3312
Fairway Drive. We knew it would probably be our last home and
wanted a lot of upgrades. Pat was absolutely delightful to
work with. He was accommodating, flexible, and easy going, but
most of all, he cares about the houses that he builds and about
those who purchase them. Pat builds a quality house and
ensures that everything is done to perfection, not just by him
but also by those that work for him. We absolutely adore our
new house that Pat built. Pat is a gem, which is extremely
rare in the homebuilding business.

Pat,
We just wanted to say thank you for our wonderful home! The
workmanship and quality of the house is something to be proud of, as
well as your cooperation and immediate response to any questions or
minor adjustments that required attention. We have purchased
several "new" homes and working with you was one of the best
experiences. Our move from California to Texas was made with out any
challenges. We truly love Argyle, Texas. The community is wonderful
and to have builders like you here makes it even more desirable.

We are the homeowners of 8205 Crooked Stick Lane, Denton,
Texas. My husband and are so proud of our house. Pat is such a
joy to work with. He is so easy going, and caring. He builds a
beautiful, quality home, and puts so much into making sure
everything is done right. We enjoy watching his other homes
develop as they are being constructed in our neighborhood, and
catching up with Pat.
